We have noticed a significant interest growth in seed pelleting as lately we have received much more requests for pelleting machines. Seed pelleting is used to make a coating layer or inert filler materials around a seed to make it heavier, more uniform and as round as possible. The advantages are numerous as plantability increases, even tiny seeds can be planted automatically and seeds can be spaced regularly which prevents the need for thinning. These benefits are important to the customers of our customers and add extra value to the seeds.

We specifically see an increase in requests for our Rotary Pelleting Machine (RPM) series: RPM - 300 / 500 / 800. These Rotary Pelleting Machines are suitable for the semi-automatic pelleting or encrusting of small seed lots of flower-, vegetable-, and agricultural seeds. The seeds continuously rotate in a three-dimensional movement which is crucial to obtain a good build-up of the pellets. Our powder feeders and liquid pumps are optional to make it a complete automated process.

The RPM machines can easily be inspected and cleaned. A transparent lid enables continuous check of the process. The difference between the three types has to do with the capacity.
