Paul’s extensive vegetable industry knowledge and passion for delivering value driven technical solutions to our customers have prepared Paul to lead our vegetable business. Wade Givens is promoted to Technical Sales Coordinator with focus on developing our technical sales resources and industry outreach and testing network. Wade has a passion for bringing technical expertise and data driven solutions to our customers that enable them to make the best decisions for their business and customers. William Olson is promoted to Sales Coordinator focused on the field crop business. William has a passion for serving the customer and providing products and support that exceed customer expectations.

In 2016, Incotec North America launched a new commercial strategy to focus on value driven innovation based on the voice of our customers. In 2017 the company initiated two multimillion dollar investments. First, an investment in the Salinas, CA location with the goal of delivering next generation customer experiences and product innovation.
