Since July 1st 2016, the organization of the Vegetable Seeds activity was modified with the creation of the new Business Unit (BU) Vilmorin-MKS, following the merger of Vilmorin and Mikado Kyowa Seed (MKS). The Vegetable Seeds activity will henceforth operate with three world BUs (HM.Clause, Hazera, Vilmorin-MKS).

This decision is the result of strategic initiatives taken by Limagrain Vegetable Seeds to accelerate its development in Asia. 

Vilmorin-MKS, nouvelle étape dans le développement des semences potagères

Depuis le 1er juillet, l’organisation des Semences Potagères s’est modifiée avec la création de la nouvelle Business Unit (BU) Vilmorin-MKS, issue de la fusion de Vilmorin et Mikado Kyowa Seed (MKS). Les Semences Potagères vont désormais opérer avec trois BU mondiales (HM.Clause, Hazera, Vilmorin-MKS).

Cette décision résulte d’une des initiatives stratégiques de Limagrain Semences Potagères visant à accélérer son développement en Asie.
