USA - Seed Innovation and Protection Alliance to host a Technical Education Unit in Portland, Oregon on June 19, 2016

The Seed Innovation and Protection Alliance (SIPA) announces that it will host an Education Unit from 9 am to noon on June 19, 2016 in Portland, Oregon at The Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel.
The technical education unit will include an overview of the SIPA Program, basics and systems for maintaining IP, an in depth discussion on specific issues related to maintaining IP, and economic espionage.
9:00 to 9:50 am
James Weatherly of SIPA will present on:
1. The SIPA Program
2. IP Readiness—Basics and Systems for Maintaining IP
10:00 to 10:50 am
Dan Cox and Jeff Masson of Thompson Coburn LLP will present on specific issues related to maintaining IP
11:00 to 11:50 am
FBI presentation on economic espionage
All are welcome to attend.
