A comprehensive service performance has always been the strength of LEMKEN the specialist for farm machinery. Its sales and service staff take care for the competent and fast use of the high quality powerful machines for professional crop cultivation.
In order to meet future requirements and to reinforce customer orientation in service, spare part and product service have been re-structured and combined in a new After-Sales Department. Mathias Scheiper took up the newly created position of Head of After-Sales on 1 March 2016. He is responsible for 46 staff and contact person for 70 LEMKEN service team members worldwide.
Mathias Scheiper, who is 50 years old, has a degree in agricultural machinery technology at Cologne University of Applied Sciences. His career subsequently took him to Case IH and then to Claas, where he gained comprehensive experience in a number of executive positions in the after-sales business. His expertise extends across the full service range, from dealer and customer support to the coordination of international service activities and the introduction of various dealer systems.
With Mathias Scheiper, LEMKEN has successfully recruited an expert with an international perspective and scope, who will be able to provide decisive impetus for LEMKEN’s new after-sales strategy and guide its global implementation.
