Dümmen Orange announced this morning that BC Partners has acquired the majority of the shares in Dümmen Orange. The signing of the transaction happened early this morning. Final closing of the deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected in the coming months. The management will continue in their present role as invested managers. With the new shareholder, Dümmen Orange will intensify her efforts to create value for her customers through innovation.
