From Tuesday September 23 till Friday September 26 takes place Seed meets Technology, an event about innovative seed- and coating technology, breeding support, sustainable crop protection, growing systems and varieties. In short: adding value to horticultural seed in the widest sense of the word.
During Seed meets Technology we will demonstrate some of our latest seed equipment as:
- Our Rotary Dry Coater RDC-300.
- A Laboratory conditioned seed dryer, the CSD-020.
- A concept Plant Nursing Trolley equipped with LED lights.

Seed air separator, type 4604.10.00
This air separator is used to utilise the differences in specific weight of the seeds and other parts and has many applications in flower, herb, tree, cactus, grain and vegetable seeds. E.g. to separate lighter seeds, straws, chaffs and dust. But also to enhance viability and germination by separating the seeds in three fractions, based on their specific weight.
Seed germination cabinet, type 5042.00.00
This unit is suitable for all kind of germination tests with all kind of seeds in soil trays or on paper. The temperature can be adjusted. It is also possible to work with different light intensities. The cabinet is programmable with different day and night cycles in light and temperature. Humidity control can be delivered as an option.
Seed blower, type 4110.10.00
This batch system is very suitable for cleaning very small seed lots. The diameter of the tube is Ø 100 mm. Very interesting for breeding stations. The air separation is so accurate that you can even sort very small seeds, like begonia.
Seed thresher Ø482 x 1200 mm, type 3050.00.00
This seed threshing system is suitable for threshing relatively large lots of seed umbels, umbellifers, pods or heads. The machine is very suitable for threshing your stock seed productions.
Seed film coating machine, type 9300.10.00
This semi-automatic film coating machine is used for treating small quantities of seeds manually. Using film coating liquids mixed with water and/or fungicides (or other), the seeds are treated uniformly in this batch system. The treating time per batch is very short in this rotary film coating system, which makes it a fast system.
Seed centrifuge, type 3205.00.00
This unit is used in combination with our small seed drum. After seed extraction or any kind of wet treatment the centrifuge is used to get rid of moisture that is around the seeds, which makes the drying process that follows shorter.
