This is supported by our education platform “The Westrup Academy” where Westrup employees are updated with the latest information within communication, management, teamwork etc. to be able to give the best possible support to customers all over the world.

The gained knowledge is also very useful within the Westrup organisation to constantly improve the internal communication and procedures, in order to deliver machines and equipment of the highest quality for our customers: “With the new toolset and knowledge, the communication between the different production departments is further improved by having focus on utilising each employee’s strengths to the fullest.
