Seed Processing Holland B.V. has been for many years a specialist in seed and pellet drying systems. Until recently some of the machines and expertise were developed with other suppliers. Because of the growing demand for these drying techniques and services, we have decided to develop as of now this technology further in-house. We have therefore invested in the necessary knowledge to meet the market expectations.
Seed dryer, type 3200.00.00
It’s a pleasure to announce that we have employed Hans van Dijk. Hans van Dijk is an expert in designing and calculating drying systems. Together with our engineering and software teams new products will be developed, which we will provide you soon.
At this moment we are working on the next generation of the conditioned seed dryer, type 3200.00.00, which has been a success in the market for many years. The new dryer will be improved. In April the first new seed dryers will be coming on the market, of which most have already been sold.
We are also improving our box dryers for drying larger quantities of seed, pellets and plant materials. We design custom build conditioned box dryers with dehumification of air using absorption and/or cooling technology. The first new improved systems are already in production.
Next to that we offer also unconditioned dryers using environmental air, which can be heated with an external heat unit.
The conditioned laboratory seed dryer for small seed lots, type 3205.50.00, suitable for two seed drums is also being improved. A new three seed drum dryer will be constructed this year.

Besides new seed dryers, we also offer an PLC and controlling system up-grade for existing seed dryers. We offer this option because some controlling components of the older dryers are no longer available. When you choose for this up-grade package will also give you a free maintenance on the seed dryer. Ask us for the possibilities and costs for your dryer!
Our service and maintenance will be changed too. Until now this was outsourced with some of our suppliers. But from today, we will provide this service ourselves, to keep direct contact between our service engineers and the customer. Another action to optimize service and maintenance is the investigation of internet access with excisting installed dryers. In that way we can remotely analyze errors and problems and quickly offer possible solutions. This feature can be included in the upgrade package too.
