Renze Seeds has increased its access to growers in northwest Missouri with the addition of new District Sales Manager John West. He joined the company on June 1 and is working out of St. Joseph, Missouri.

West grew up on a farm in central Kansas, has been involved in agriculture throughout his adult life, including seven years in the seed industry as well as 12 years in agronomy, most recently with a regional cooperative in Kansas.

“I have been part of large corporate companies but Renze has a family-owned regional company feel to it,” West remarked. “Renze has great products. Seed is where all the technology is in agriculture. It’s always exciting to see what’s available now and what’s coming next.”

Renze Seeds Sales and Marketing Manager Dan Swalla said West will work to build and service a dealer network while reaching out directly to growers as well. “John will establish Renze Seeds presence in this territory,” he stated. “We are happy to have him on our sales team and look forward to the service he will provide.”
