October 1st, 2010 we were very fortunate to be able to welcome Mr. Pascal Duvivier to the team of highly-qualified Westrup consultants.

We started cooperating with Pascal Duvivier 5 years ago as our customer, where we worked together in a partnership to solve a specific cleaning and capacity problem. "Other companies said it was not possible" Pascal Duvivier says, "but Westrup created the solution with high quality and capacity. The focus of Westrup to share knowledge and to make customisations in a partnership with the customer, really appealed to me".

"With my technical background and experience within the seed industry, I want to bring valuable advice for customers from the very beginning of a project in order to create sustainable solutions", Pascal Duvivier adds. "Savoir donner pour mieux recevoir" – You must give to receive – is one of his philosophies, which is fully in line with the Westrup commitment and set of values.

Pascal Duvivier started in the steel industry about 30 years ago but after going into the seed industry he has never considered switching back. As he says: "I stay in the seed industry because agriculture interests me and because cereals and grain are very valuable for the world. It is nice working with something that makes sense".
