USDA-APHIS’ redesigned Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection (AQI) user fees web page improves customer access and experience

USA
March 8, 2023

USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has redesigned the Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection (AQI) User Fees web page to help users and other stakeholders quickly find the AQI program information they need.

The new customer-focused web page includes:

  • General AQI user fee information available on the main page
  • Fee-specific information and resources accessible via fee-area tiles, and
  • An “Announcements” section to help users quickly identify important information.

APHIS’ goal in the redesign was to make it easier for customers to find information and resources that apply to their fee area(s) without having to navigate through information that doesn’t apply to them.

If you have questions about the redesigned web page, please email them to AQI.User.Fees@usda.gov
