As part of his responsibilities, Jackson also will handle government affairs and public policy.

“We are excited to bring a seasoned regulatory professional to our team with the deep experience that Scott provides,” said Anna Rath, CEO of Vestaron. “Scott’s skills will be invaluable to Vestaron as we continue to progress rapidly toward additional product development and commercialization.”

Most recently, Jackson was group leader of regulatory affairs for Knoell USA, and has previous regulatory, stewardship and sustainability experience with Valent USA and BASF Corporation.

Jackson has a PhD in Environmental Science from the Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, OH, a MS degree in Soil and Irrigation Science from California State University in Fresno, and a BS degree in Range Management and Soil Science from Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA.
