Nevenka McLennan is looking after Western Australia and the north, central and western regions of South Australia. Tanya Hayes is covering the north east and Hunter regions of New South Wales.

Seed Force national sales and marketing manager, Tim Wilmshurst, says the new team members bring expertise and strong on-the-ground support to the organisation.

“We are pleased to have two such experienced operators joining the Seed Force team,” Tim said.

“Both Nevenka and Tanya are top operators with a sound understanding of their respective regions. They bring strong technical knowledge that will be valuable support to our customer partners and their growers.”

Ms McLennan is an experienced agronomist and farm manager, having held branch and regional management, agronomy, and farm management positions with Landmark, Seednet, Elders, Aus Agri Group and Roberts in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania. She holds a degree in business (agricultural management) and a diploma in farm management from Marcus Oldham College, and is also a qualified registered nurse.

Tanya Hayes is TBM in NSW for the north east and Hunter regions.

“It is great to be on board with Seed Force. I am enjoying being back working with people in the West and South Australia,” Navenka said.

“At the moment I am concentrating on getting around to see everyone, to say hello and understand their requirements as we plan and prepare for the for the seasons ahead.”

Ms Hayes joins Seed Force from Auswest Seeds, where she was territory manager for the Hunter and central west regions of NSW. She has held various sales, education and management roles across agriculture, animal health and veterinary services sectors, including with Rural Traders, Hunter TAFE, Virbac and Jurox. She holds veterinary, sales and marketing qualifications, and has also run several home businesses.

“My aim is to work in partnership with my customers, making sure I understand their needs so that I can help them deliver the right solutions to their clients,” said Tanya.

“I am so pleased to be part of the Seed Force crew. A growing business with great products and a clear customer focus – it’s exciting.”

Tim says both recruits bring diverse backgrounds and expertise to the team.

“Tanya and Nevenka are already adding value to our customers and our organisation. We are rapt to have them in the team and part of the Seed Force family.”
