InterGrain is pleased to welcome Dan Fay to the team as our new Victoria Territory Manager.

Dan grew up in Lake Bolac on a mixed farm in Victoria’s Western District and has since built a career spanning agricultural research, development and extension. He has worked across farms in both the Western District and the Wimmera, giving him first-hand knowledge of the region’s farming systems.
InterGrain Chief Marketing Officer, Nicole Kerr, said Dan brings valuable expertise and a strong connection to Victorian growers.
“Dan’s background in both agronomy research and on-farm practice makes him an excellent fit for this role,” Nicole said.
“He understands the challenges Victorian growers face and is passionate about supporting the productivity and sustainability of their farming systems.”
“In his new position, Dan will work alongside the InterGrain team to support the development and delivery of wheat, barley, and oat varieties to growers and advisors across Victoria.”
Dan said he is looking forward to working closely with growers and industry across Victoria.
“Growing up on a family farm in Victoria gave me a strong appreciation for the challenges and opportunities in agriculture,” Dan said.
“I’m excited to work alongside growers and advisors to help deliver high-performing, locally adapted varieties that support productivity and sustainability on-farm.”
Dan holds a Master of Agricultural Science (Agronomy) from the University of Queensland.
He has worked extensively in agricultural research, first as a Project Officer and later as the Research and Development Coordinator with Stirlings to Coast Farmers in Albany, Western Australia where he was involved in a broad range of whole farm system projects, helping growers lift productivity and overcome production constraints.
