We welcomed 75 students to get an inside view of our company. We took them on a tour around the premises and showed them the different aspects of Enza Zaden. The cases that we presented them in the afternoon were a true challenge. Enthusiastically and passionately, the students set to work. For help and advice they could turn to the 5 theme leaders – Willem Sodderland, Edith Lammerts van Bueren, Volkert Engelsman, Ed Veltkamp and Michel Haring – and a few of our own colleagues. The result: 16 very inspiring presentations and ideas that Enza Zaden can benefit from. 

One of the students about the experience: “For me it was a very valuable day and it gave me a lot of energy and ideas about my future professional development. Thanks to you, because the employees provided an excellent atmosphere, good logistics and challenging pitches.”

 

 

About 250 invited guests joined our symposium ‘Samen Groeien’. In the afternoon we took them to the future of the food agriculture. The lecturers Cor Molenaar, Martien Penning and Wim de Ridder gave their inspiring vision of the future with lots of enthusiasm. Their vision was accompanied by videos of real-life cases. 2020 is very near.
