Abstract
A selective medium contained Pimaricin 10 mg, Ampicillin 250 mg, Rifampicin 10 mg, PCNB 100 mg, Hymexazol 100 mg, Carbendazim 10 mg can effectively inhibit the development of Fusarium sp. et al. In this paper, Phytophthora capsici was successfully isolated from pepper seeds that had been kept for 1, 10, 30, 60, 90, 120 days with the selective medium,and the separation rate was 2 % on the 120th.
