INCOTEC, Integrated Coating and Seed Technology, Inc., today announced the completion of the acquisition of AgriCoat, LLC. This deal, announced March 10, 2011 demonstrates INCOTEC’s commitment to the seed industry in North America and globally.

AgriCoat will continue operations at the present location in Soledad, CA with existing personnel.
