Pedigree tree

In the pedigree tree you can view the entire tree for a specific item. You can easily pan and zoom in/out. If available, pictures of the items can be shown, as well as observed traits.

Pedigree book

The pedigree book contains the total list of genetic items in your system. From here is possible to make filtering, search based on specific qualifications and then directly create new crossings.

Scatter chart

The scatter chart is a functionality to plot the values of traits in a chart. This enables the breeder to have a quick overview over up to 5 dimensions. He can then narrow down his search by selecting areas of interest and is able to select the items he would like to use later on in the breeding process.

Mobile registration

Use a PDA to make observations in the field and automatically upload them into the breeding software. The forms are designed within E-Brida. It is also possible to use barcode scanners and scales connected to the mobile software.
