In 1981 ISI Sementi was founded by Florindo Boni and his partners. Right from the beginning it was felt necessary to start a breeding program to develop hybrid tomato varieties for the processing industry, as well as for the domestic and export markets. In 1984 ISI Sementi started an important tomato breeding program and year after year a growing number of competitive varieties were put on the market resulting in our current complete assortment.

Liaoning Dongya Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., which was set up in 1992 and the former is Liaoning Dongya International Seed Co., Ltd., engages in seed research, production, marketing and international trade business. The main business of the company is seeds of vegetables, sunflowers and corn. The company also deals in the processing and export of other agricultural products.
