During this course, the participants will learn advanced investigation methods in enzymology and protein science, and will also obtain a basic knowledge of the underlying principles, methods and potential of genome editing using the CRISPR/Cas9 system.
This workshop will include a rich collection of lectures and hands-on sessions, covering both theory and tools. We will explore the basics of high throughput sequencing technologies, focusing on Illumina data for hands-on exercises.
