MaizeLineage, LLC was founded in 2006 by Mark Mikel, PhD. Mark Mikel completed his undergraduate education at Purdue University and masters and PhD at the University of Illinois. He was a corn breeder for 18 years before joining the University of Illinois as the Associate Direcotor of the Carver Biotechnology Center.
