At the beginning of my career I worked for 19 years at Pioneer where I gained vast experience in the seeds business including seeds production, Research and Development; Customer Service, Planning and Regulatory affairs among others.. After joining Syngenta in executive positions I expanded my skills and knowledge in a more complex environment, developing and leveraging a global and strategic vision, contributing as well with project management, and investment/finance expertise. Recently, I gained almost five years experience in a very interesting business as specialties, leveraging my seed knowledge. We created and developed a full company and business from scratch. It was a very enriching experience.
