In executing the research, the PDF will collaborate with other researchers outside of IITA who are on the WP1 of the HER+ Initiative and work under the supervision of IITA Senior Gender Scientist, Dr. Steven Cole, who is the WP1 Lead. The PDF will participate in all stages of the research in the HER+ Initiative, including design, preparation, data collection, data analysis, and reporting/writing up of science outputs. • Mentor/assist with the supervision of gender research assistants as needed.
