NONG WOO SEED AMERICA was founded in 1999 and located in San Juan Bautista, USA. It has a research site with an area size of 118,800㎡. It has been breeding pepper and Western vegetables. As a base for exploring the Latin America market, NONG WOO SEED AMERICA is leading the Jalapeno market of Latin America amid fierce competition with global major companies. 

Responsibilities

• Arranging and conducting field trials as per market segmentation. 
• Work closely with breeders for arranging breeder trials and give full information.
• Updating of the changing market trends and grower needs for breeding directions.
• Preparation of BMI (Basic Market information) such as leading varieties, market price, required traits and market size etc.
• Represent NONG WOO’s all marketing work such as trade shows, open days etc.
• Maintain and develop a network with Key grower/producer etc.
• Ability to maintain/select/develop good distribution channels
• Applying legal necessaries such as PVP or any registration works 
• Prepares monthly activity report and activity schedule
• Attend investigation support for customer complaints
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales / PD / Marketing position in the vegetable seed industry. 
• Good written communication and interpersonal skills including excellent working knowledge of the vegetable industry
• Must have good reporting and computer skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
• Driver License
• Ability to travel frequently
