Essentials duties and responsibilities:

• Establish Experiment Plans for new products in relation with Breeders and Products Managers
• Carry out the Experimental Plan and writes the final technical reports.
• Establish technical characteristics of new products
• Proposes marketing directions.
• Organize the promotion of new products in relation with Sales
• Writes technical leaflets, catalogues, etc.
• Participates actively in Sales Forecasts.
• Files Registration of new products with Administration where applicable
• Continuous survey of the market, the competitors
• Is responsible for his department's budget.

Required knowledge & Skills

• Extended knowledge of all Mediterranean vegetable crops, both indoor and outdoor.
• Excellent organization
• Team management, in a multicultural background
• Fluent Spanish & English, knowledge of French appreciated

Education & work experience required:

• agronomist, 4-6 years experience in Mediterranean crops (greenhouses and outdoor)
• team management in a multicultural background
