With a single Columbia/Okura
robotic palletizer, producers of
bagged products can
simultaneously palletize the
output of three separate,
lower-speed production lines.
The robot can automatically adjust itself to handle
distinctly different bag styles
and sizes at the same time. For
three lines, the robotic
palletizer can accommodate
speeds up to 5 bags per minute
per line, or a total cumulative
speed of 15 bags per minute.
It can eliminate the need for dedicated machines for many
multiple production lines,
saving both space and money.
