Columbia/Okura’s A1600 robotic
palletizer is capable of palletizing 60
lb. bags at a rate of 24 bags per
minute.
The robot can stack bags of
various sizes and types, including
paper, poly and woven-poly, without the
need to change tooling.
Providing a reliable and cost effective
method of stacking bags, the robot
features product handling from as many
as four lower speed production lines
while utilizing very little floor space.
The small footprint and flexible layout
of the robot allows it to fit in very
tight spaces, but is also capable of
expanding with future production growth.
