Sicot 70BRF was released in
2007/08 through a CSD members ballot and despite the limited
cotton planting last season the ballot was over-subscribed 3
fold. Unfortunately some growers were unable to try this variety
first hand, however, after excellent performances last season it
is envisaged that this variety will dominate stacked plantings
in the Australian cotton industry this season.
