NOTICE TO GSM-102, SCGP AND FGP PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
SUBJECT: USDA revises contacts listing for Export Credit Guarantee Programs

The U.S. Department of Agriculture today revised the listing of contacts for the Foreign Agricultural Service’s Export Credit Guarantee Programs. In accordance with program regulations 7 C.F.R. part 1493, Section 1493.10(c) and 1493.20(c) of Subpart B, Section 1493.400(c) and 1493.410(c) of Subpart D; and section 1493.210 of Subpart C, this notice provides current contacts for the Commodity Credit Corporation’s Export Credit Guarantee program (GSM-102), Intermediate Export Credit Guarantee Program (GSM-103), Supplier Credit Guarantee Program (SCGP) and Facility Guarantee Program (FGP).

This notice is effective as of today’s date. It replaces the previous version, #PR 0068-06, dated June 7, 2006.

Applications for payment guarantees; fee payments; amendment requests; to qualify as a program participant; to submit evidence of exporter reports; request amendment or late submission of evidence of export reports; to inquire about fee refunds; to inquire about operations, country and commodity allocations, program announcements, and notices to participants for the GSM-102, SCGP and FGP; and questions and comments on program regulations should be addressed to:
