The U.S. Department of Agriculture today revised the listing
of contacts for the Foreign Agricultural Service’s Export Credit
Guarantee Programs. In accordance with program regulations 7
C.F.R. part 1493, Section 1493.10(c) and 1493.20(c) of Subpart
B, Section 1493.400(c) and 1493.410(c) of Subpart D; and section
1493.210 of Subpart C, this notice provides current contacts for
the Commodity Credit Corporation’s Export Credit Guarantee
program (GSM-102), Intermediate Export Credit Guarantee Program
(GSM-103), Supplier Credit Guarantee Program (SCGP) and Facility
Guarantee Program (FGP).
This notice is effective as of today’s date. It replaces the
previous version, #PR 0068-06, dated June 7, 2006.
Applications for payment guarantees; fee payments; amendment
requests; to qualify as a program participant; to submit
evidence of exporter reports; request amendment or late
submission of evidence of export reports; to inquire about fee
refunds; to inquire about operations, country and commodity
allocations, program announcements, and notices to participants
for the GSM-102, SCGP and FGP; and questions and comments on
