A new assurance program from Syngenta assures corn growers who plant with Cruiser Extreme^™ Pak seed treatment will not have to incur additional product costs if a subsequent application to control cutworms is required. Growers can be certain that using seed treated with Cruiser Extreme Pak will keep cutworm levels at or below economic thresholds for the first 28 days after planting or up to three-leaf corn, whichever comes first. Growers should continue scouting fields to monitor cutworm populations and if economic thresholds are exceeded, Syngenta will reimburse the grower for a Warrior^® with Zeon Technology^™ foliar treatment up to $4.00 per acre (product only/application not included).
