Harris Moran Seed Company is pleased to announce the addition of Terry Ringwelski as its new Customer Service Manager.

Ringwelski will lead a team of nearly a dozen Harris Moran customer service representatives who process vegetable seed orders from around the world. With emphasis on timely and accurate delivery, Harris Moran fields one of the largest customer service representative-to-customer ratios in the business.

"Terry's department interacts directly with customers from every corner of the globe," said Matthew Johnston, vice president of sales and marketing. "Her department's attention to detail and to the nuances of each culture is crucial to our business. Her expertise in this area is known industry-wide. She's just the person to further refine this facet of our business."

Formerly of Sunseeds and Seminis, Ringwelski has more than 15 years in the vegetable seed business, including customer service, credit, and production administration.
