Greg Keeley, former Asoyia CEO, joins The Context Network

Greg Keeley, former CEO of Iowa City, Iowa-based Asoyia, has joined The Context Network. Keeley brings more than 30 years of business experience in sales, marketing and business development management to Context.

Context Network partner, Tray Thomas said, “Greg is an enthusiastic executive with strong leadership skills in
both large business and entrepreneurial organizations. He has a strong understanding of the ag processing and
food ingredients industries. His specific expertise in developing business and marketing strategy, revitalizing
growth/ROI and establishing business development plans for companies will serve our clients well.”

Keeley said, “I really enjoy partnering with companies, and finding innovative and relevant solutions. Working with the Context team, I am confident we will further expand our reach with our strategic decision-making and
executive management support to agricultural and food industry clients. My experiences – from Asoyia to Penford to Dow – have provided me with a unique understanding of financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and partnering in this industry.” He added, “I am looking forward to advancing relationships throughout the ag and food business channels.”

Prior to joining Asoyia in September 2006, Keeley was President and General Manager of Denver, Coloradobased
Penford Products Company where he was responsible for leading global activities for Penford’s Industrial
Ingredients business for the paper and textile industries as well as development of new industrial markets and
applications. Keeley and his wife, Paulette, live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
