David
Dam has been named head of sales for
Golden Harvest Seeds.
Dam was the head of the west division sales team before being
named to his newly expanded position. He began his career with
Golden Harvest 14 years ago serving in positions such as sales
trainee, district sales manager, regional sales manager, general
sales manager and head of west division sales.
Dam, a bachelor of Science graduate from the University of
Nebraska-Lincoln, has been an integral part of developing a
market-driven organization that has experienced significant
growth. He designed and developed an innovative sales training
program that has greatly enhanced the sales organization.

today and into the future," said Dam. “More than ever;

Last year was Golden Harvest’s best on record, setting several
new profitability marks including a 22 percent increase in
corn/soybean net sales revenue averages.
