David Dam, 14-year veteran of Golden Harvest, to head up sales efforts
Waterloo, Nebraska

David Dam has been named head of sales for Golden Harvest Seeds.

Dam was the head of the west division sales team before being named to his newly expanded position. He began his career with Golden Harvest 14 years ago serving in positions such as sales trainee, district sales manager, regional sales manager, general sales manager and head of west division sales.

Dam, a bachelor of Science graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, has been an integral part of developing a market-driven organization that has experienced significant growth. He designed and developed an innovative sales training program that has greatly enhanced the sales organization.

“We are eager to enhance Golden Harvest’s position for growth today and into the future," said Dam. “More than ever; leadership, teamwork, passion and commitment is needed to continue to bring more choices to our customers. Golden Harvest is well positioned to bring change to the marketplace so our customers have the ability to make the right choice for their farm.”

Last year was Golden Harvest’s best on record, setting several new profitability marks including a 22 percent increase in corn/soybean net sales revenue averages.
