Sigma-Aldrich Corporation
(NASDAQ:SIAL) and the
Donald Danforth Plant Science Center announce a formal
agreement to expand research collaboration through the Danforth
Center’s Corporate Affiliates Program. Sigma will contribute
funding for the scientific work being performed by plant
scientists at the Danforth Center to develop new plant
biotechnology research tools. As with the other Corporate
Affiliate members, Sigma will have advance review of the
Danforth Center’s research activities and inventions and
intellectual property disclosures.
