Continuous Batch Treating System is PLC
driven and operates on the weight of the
seed and liquid chemical combined. Each
treating cycle is based on a pre-determined
time line sequence of events. Each event is
pre-set. If actual applied or measured level
is higher or lower than the target level,
the PLC will auto-adjust for improved
accuracy. |

The Unitized
Volumetric Continuous Batch Treating System
is a simplified, self contained, and
packaged version of the CBT Loss in weight
system. Also PLC driven, it operates on the
weight of the seed and liquid chemical
combined. Each treating cycle is based on a
pre-determined time line sequence of events.
Each event is pre-set. If actual applied or
measured level is higher or lower than the
target level, the PLC will auto-adjust for
improved accuracy. |
