The Produce and Seed Exchange Company (Pvt)
Ltd started trading in April 1994. “PASECO” became one of the leading
suppliers of Hybrid vegetable seed into the expanding horticultural
market in Zimbabwe. PASECO were very selective in their approach into
the market and chose suppliers with great care. Products had to have an
added value to the industry before they were considered for trials. With
this approach the company had an immediate impact in Zimbabwe and grew
rapidly. At the beginning of the 1999 it became necessary to open two
new companies to offer a more specialised service to our clients. Paseco
Quality Seeds and Pasegro Retail Company were formed. |
