OnX means
the encrustation of seed.

By filling the natural holes of seed with rough seed surfaces
(like carrot and onion seed),
we create very uniformly shaped seeds with a smoother surface.

This makes the seed
highly suitable
for precision sowing with pneumatic
sowing machines

Sowing raw seed
with a pneumatic seeder
can cause doubles
and or empty cells
in the sowing units,
while the
OnX product
allows singulation
of the seeds.

Raw carrot seed sown with a pneumatic seeder, double seeds per cell caused by
irregularity of seed.
  OnX carrot
sown with a pneumatic seeder,
one pellet per cell.
What is the potential of INCOTEC’s
OnX Carrot
and
OnX Onion
products
compared to raw seed?
Improved sowability
Smooth seed surface
May cause less doubles and skips,
which leads to less seed use
Could increase the speed of planting
Contrast between seed and soil medium
Precise pesticides dosage
Easier fine tuning of sowing unit
More regular spacing of plants,
which can lead to a higher yield per ha
