PETKUS was selected by the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce Abroad (AHK) as a successful company to demonstrate the good and long economic relations of both countries on the occasion of the upcoming Football World Cup. The campaign is accompanied by numerous PR campaigns of the AHK together with the selected companies. It was opened by a photo exhibition in the lively pedestrian zones of Staryi Arbat and Tschistoprudnyi Bulvar in Moscow.

The two exhibitions were officially opened on 22 May and can be seen until 21 June. They show the range of German-Russian economic relations. PETKUS has been active in Russia since the 1880s and continues to regard the region as one of its most important markets. A large number of seed processing plants, silo terminals and grain mills in the CIS states bear the PETKUS stamp. Here, "PETKUS" is synonymous used with seed technology per se.
