Precision Opener Technology

The new Morris Narrow Transport Contour Drill folds to a very compact width of 9 ft, 10 inches (3 m) and 13 ft, 6 inches (4.12 m) height for fast, safe and efficient road transport and storage. The true parallelogram linkage maintains a constant opener angle and depth setting throughout its range of travel.

Each opener moves independently of the frame to closely follow the contours of the land. Shank spacing options are available in 10 inches (25.4c m) and 12 inches (30.5 cm). The patented double-shoot opener places seed and fertilizer in a paired row configuration and provides better seedbed utilization. Rubber packer wheels, available in pneumatic and semi-pneumatic provide on-row packing and excellent seed to soil contact.

Working width is 25 feet (7.62 m). The Contour Drill is also available in widths from 31 feet  (9.45 m) to 71 feet (21.6 m).

Convenient, Accurate Air Delivery

Morris is adding the 7130 tow-between air cart to its lineup of precision air cart models. The 130 bushel (4700 L) capacity features 60/40 split tanks. Access ladders are provided on both sides. Once on top, a unique catwalk allows producers to easily access both tanks. The air cart is available with either ground driven or variable drive metering and offers a 7-inch (0.18 m) auger for quick loading/unloading.
