Genedata Expressionist 7.0 for Genomic Profiling sets new standards for NGS data analysis. In minutes instead of hours, the system simultaneously analyzes transcriptomics, copy number variation, variant, and DNA methylation data from a large number of cancer cell lines. It also features a flexible and interactive genomic browser that can visualize terabytes of data and provide real-time feedback at every processing step.
