To safeguard the continuity of our company culture and to ensure that it is embodied by managers, various roles within Rijk Zwaan have the chance to participate in the IESE Business School's Business Ethics & Company Culture training. By focusing on business ethics in combination with our company culture, this training helps to preserve our unique company culture within our growing worldwide organisation.

Training

Over the past 10 years we offered this training to our managers, as our values play an essential part in our operations and decision-making. We monitor the success of the training by conducting global satisfaction surveys. Employees who participate in the training indicate that it gives them more tools and knowledge to help them work ethically. Notably, employees find it easier to discuss the topic of ethics with their colleagues, and know where to turn if faced with unethical situations.
