Where the chemistry happens… Join our team as a Sr. Specialist Phytopathology and play a key role in the design, development, and execution of disease resistance screening activities. You will collaborate closely with our phytopathology principal scientist and plant breeding teams to support the selection of disease resistant hybrids. Additionally, you will independently perform projects and R&D activities to drive continuous trait discovery and the development of new technologies and products. As part of your responsibilities, you will supervise research technicians to ensure the efficient completion of R&D activities and support the program and crop team in developing innovative and competitive products, procedures, and technologies while improving time-to-market.
