Activities

Responsible for creation of business plan
for area, execution of approved plan and
tracking of the following operational
indexes: revenue and margin, market share,
penetration, concentration, retention,
cross-sell of product lines, and
biotechnology mix
- Develop
area strategic and tactical plans that align
with company goals and polices.
- Drive a
sales effectiveness plan for the area that
ensures 100% customer and prospect coverage
and uniform, high quality brand experience
- Provide
product recommendations regarding product
life cycles
- Manage the
life cycle of Sales Representatives.
Recruit, select and retain a high-quality
professional field sales force to meet
customer and Company needs.
Educational
Requirements
- Degree
holder, preferably in Business
Management, marketing or Agri Business
course
Skills,
Knowledge, and Experience

The position requires hands-on
experience in market development
preferably in agricultural products

Strong experience in developing
sales plans and target strategies

Ability to handle large sales
organization on a national scale

In-depth knowledge of distribution
channel in the Agriculture Industry
