Role Purpose
The primary
responsibility of the Marketing Manager is
to lead the seed business unit to develop
and implement strategies for increasing
business in existing and future markets and
achieve targeted growth rates.

- Develop
product strategies
- Formulate

- Organize
product demos and new product launching
plans
- Prepare
future sales plans in conjunction with sales
management
- Coordinate
with supply chain for ensuring future
supplies
- Oversee
marketing and advertising campaigns in
conjunction with sales team
- Select and
work with advertising and communication
agencies and teams
- Propose
overall budgets to meet sales targets
- Provide
leadership and training for marketing team
Educational
Requirements
- Degree
preferably at MBA level in agribusiness
or marketing
Skills,
Knowledge, and Experience

Experience in leadership role with
sales, marketing and advertising

Demonstrated abilities for analysis
and creativity

Experience in production
agriculture, preferably in the seed
business

Knowledge of the distribution
channel in the agricultural industry
