Role Purpose
This
scientist takes a lead role in the use of
molecular markers to develop and improve new
seed varieties. Works closely with plant
breeders to identify molecular markers
associated with key traits and develops and
implements strategies to consolidate those
traits into new varieties in a timely and
efficient manner.
