Larry's latest passion is studying the family business system. He says "The books on this relatively new science are academic studies written by professors and consultants. They are aimed at the very largest family businesses because they are potential customers. A goal for me is to take what I've learned from them, add my own experience, and write a simpler book for smaller family businesses. Eventually my studies may lead to consulting on this topic, so that I can make room for the next generation here at Hollar Seeds."
