Franco Campana graduated from Texas A&M University
in Agronomy, with an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) specializing in International Business and Marketing.

He worked in sales with Sunseeds from 1985 until 1988, covering Europe and Africa. In 1988, he started working in sales with Petoseed, where his areas of work included South America, Central America and the Caribbean. He is currently Vice President of Sales for Seminis Vegetables.
