PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Manage all seed production activities for Clause India and its customers at field level and administrative level. Assist the Regional Production Manager (Asia) in day-to-day business with vendors in India.

MAIN MISSIONS :

• Managing and Coordinating production activities at the Ranibennur Home Farm and the Clause India Farmer Network
• Managing and Coordinating quality control activities at the production level in Ranibennur, Bangalore or Hyderabad
• Handling production related administrative work
• Assisting the Regional Production Manager (Asia) in handling day-to-day business with India vendors
• Researching and Implementing strategies for Clause India seed production activity

PROFILE:

• Education : MSc in agronomic sciences or agricultural business with a minimum of five years of hands on experience in vegetable seed production
• Technical qualification : Profound knowledge of India seed production business, budget and expense management, excellent IT skills a must
• Language: Fluent in English and Hindi and preferably Kannada speaking
• Behaviour skills: Strong interpersonal skills, team player, good relationship, field oriented, abilities in analysis, problem solving and decision making, planning and resource management skills
