Novartis Seeds, Inc. Vegetables announces the appointment of Norma Standerford to the position of Marketing Services Manager for the ROGERS® Brand. From the Boise corporate office, Standerford will implement cross-crop marketing programs and develop and coordinate advertising, tradeshows, and sales materials. She will assist the company in promoting the ROGERS® Brand as a leader in vegetable genetics and services.

Prior to joining Novartis, Standerford was the Marketing Director for Idaho-Eastern Oregon Onion Committee for five years. She has also served as a board member of the Produce Marketing Association Foodservice Board and an instructor for the Association's Produce Academy. Standerford holds a B.A. in design from the University of Idaho.
